ZOO Bratislava innovations and communication plan

Earlier this year a competition for a new managing director of a Bratislava ZOO was held. The brief was simple -  to show a coherent plan to innovate and improve Bratislava's old fashioned and outdated ZOO.

 

As a part of a team behind candidate Tomas Zajac, I was responsible for coming up with creative innovations  to re-position the ZOO and make people more interested in visiting it, as well as for drafting ZOO's potential communication plan.

The part of the main presentation deck I was responsible for is shown below, showcasing my solutions as well as the logo I've developed.

 

As this project was Slovak - insider, I'm keeping this here in the original, however please do not hesitated to ask me for a translation if needed.
